At UDON Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your limited-edition apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
